Bes\u00e6tninger med hjemmeblandet foder vil derimod kunne reducere fosforindholdet i g\u00f8dningen og dermed harmonikravet med ca. 15 pct. i forhold til normtal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\n<style>\n#row-592088081 > .col > .col-inner {\n  padding: 10px 10px 10px 10px;\n  background-color: rgb(229, 234, 236);\n}\n<\/style>\n<\/div>\n<p>Det er ikke tilladt at anvende fytase til at \u00f8ge udnyttelsen af plantefosfor til \u00f8kologiske grise, da fytase fremstilles af mikroorganismer, der er genmodificerede. Der skal derfor v\u00e6re v\u00e6sentligt mere fosfor i \u00f8kologisk foder end i foder til konventionelle grise, hvor der tils\u00e6ttes en h\u00f8j dosis fytase.<\/p>\n<p>Det betyder, at kravet om maksimalt 35 kg fosfor pr. ha (30 kg pr. ha i fosforf\u00f8lsomme omr\u00e5der) i mange tilf\u00e6lde kan v\u00e6re problematisk, da \u00f8kologiske bes\u00e6tninger ofte rammer fosforloftet, inden de rammer kv\u00e6lstofloftet. Det er derfor vigtigt, at foderet kun indeholder den m\u00e6ngde fosfor, som er n\u00f8dvendig.<\/p>\n<h2>Pilotunders\u00f8gelse<\/h2>\n<p>For at unders\u00f8ge \u00f8kologiske slagtesvins fosforstatus blev der i efter\u00e5ret 2020 lavet en pilotunders\u00f8gelse, hvor urinpr\u00f8ver blev unders\u00f8gt for indhold af calcium og fosfor. Et overskud af calcium og fosfor i forhold til grisenes behov bliver nemlig udskilt med urinen. Disse urinpr\u00f8ver tydede p\u00e5 et betydeligt fosforoverskud, n\u00e5r foderet indeholdt 6,2 gram fosfor pr. FEsv &#8211; og overskuddet var st\u00f8rst ved hjemmeblandet foder.<\/p>\n<p>Det blev derfor besluttet at unders\u00f8ge indholdet af calcium og fosfor i urin gennem v\u00e6kstperioden for \u00f8kologiske slagtesvin, der fik 5,2 g total fosfor pr. foderenhed. Det svarer til et indhold p\u00e5 2,2 g ford\u00f8jeligt fosfor, n\u00e5r man regner med ford\u00f8jeligheder for pelleteret f\u00e6rdigfoder &#8211; og ca. 2,5 g ford\u00f8jeligt fosfor, n\u00e5r man regner med ford\u00f8jeligheder for hjemmeblandet foder. I hjemmeblandet foder \u00f8ger kornets naturlige fytaseindhold fosforford\u00f8jeligheden.<\/p>\n<h2>Mange urinpr\u00f8ver i to bes\u00e6tninger<\/h2>\n<p>Der indgik en bes\u00e6tning med hjemmeblandet og en bes\u00e6tning med pelleteret foder, hvor varmebehandlingen ofte eliminerer kornets fytaseaktivitet. I begge bes\u00e6tninger blev der udtaget foderpr\u00f8ver p\u00e5 de samme dage, som der blev udtaget urinpr\u00f8ver. Der blev udtaget rigtig mange urinpr\u00f8ver, nemlig 32 pr\u00f8ver 2, 4, 6 og 8 uger efter inds\u00e6ttelse ved ca. 30 kg i begge bes\u00e6tninger, i alt 128 urinpr\u00f8ver pr. bes\u00e6tning. Disse pr\u00f8ver blev analyseret p\u00e5 Aarhus Universitet, Foulum.<\/p>\n<p>I figuren ses fosforindholdet i urinen gennem v\u00e6kstperioden, hvor indholdet er omregnet fra milligram pr. liter urin til gram pr. FEsv ud fra en antagelse om, at grise typisk producerer 1,75 liter urin pr. FEsv<\/li>\n<li>Det kan mindske kravet til harmoniareal pga. fosforloftet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\n<style>\n#row-543847386 > .col > .col-inner {\n  padding: 10px 10px 10px 10px;\n  background-color: rgb(229, 234, 236);\n}\n<\/style>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Stor forskel mellem mel og piller<\/h2>\n<p>Det fremg\u00e5r af figuren, at der n\u00e6sten ikke var fosfor i urinen fra grisene, der fik pelleteret foder &#8211; mens der blev tabt ca. 0,4 gram fosfor pr. FEsv med urinen i bes\u00e6tningen, hvor grisene fik hjemmeblandet foder.<\/p>\n<p>Indholdet af fosfor i urinen fra grisene p\u00e5 pelleteret foder svarer nogenlunde til det niveau, som er fundet for konventionelle grise ved det laveste fosforniveau uden negativ effekt p\u00e5 produktivitet eller benstyrke. Men da grisene stort set ikke har tabt fosfor med urinen, vil man ikke kunne reducere fosforindholdet yderligere uden at s\u00e6nke indlejringen af fosfor i knoglerne. Der var ingen synlige tegn p\u00e5 fosformangel i bes\u00e6tningen, men resultaterne tyder p\u00e5, at man ikke kan komme l\u00e6ngere ned end ca. 5,2 g total fosfor, som giver et indhold af ford\u00f8jeligt fosfor p\u00e5 2,2 g pr. FEsv.<\/p>\n<p>I bes\u00e6tningen med hjemmeblandet foder gav det samme totale fosforindhold et un\u00f8dvendigt tab p\u00e5 ca. 0,3 gram fosfor pr. FEsv. Det skyldes, at fosforford\u00f8jeligheden er st\u00f8rre i hjemmeblandet foder, hvor kornets naturlige indhold af fytase \u00f8ger ford\u00f8jeligheden af plantefosfor, prim\u00e6rt i kornet &#8211; men ogs\u00e5 lidt i proteinfodermidlerne.<\/p>\n<h2>Konklusioner<\/h2>\n<p>Sammenfattende ser det ud til, at de \u00f8kologiske grise kan n\u00f8jes med ca. 2,2 g ford\u00f8jeligt fosfor pr. FEsv, hvilket svarer til ca. 5,2 total fosfor i pelleteret f\u00e6rdigfoder og ca. 4,7 g total fosfor i hjemmeblandet foder, n\u00e5r man regner med de officielle tabelv\u00e6rdier for foderets ford\u00f8jelighed i foder uden tilsat fytase.<\/p>\n<p>I beregningen af normtal for indhold af fosfor i g\u00f8dning fra \u00f8kologiske slagtegrise er der indregnet 5,2 gram fosfor pr. FEsv, svarende til det n\u00f8dvendige indhold i pelleteret f\u00e6rdigfoder &#8211; hvilket betyder, at bes\u00e6tninger, der bruger f\u00e6rdigfoder ikke umiddelbart kan s\u00e6nke deres arealkrav ved at reducere fosfor i foderet. Risikoen for reduceret produktivitet vil v\u00e6re for h\u00f8j.<\/p>\n<p>For bes\u00e6tninger med hjemmeblandet foder vil man kunne n\u00f8jes med ca. 4,7 g fosfor pr FEsv, hvilket vil reducere fosforindholdet i g\u00f8dningen &#8211; og dermed harmonikravet &#8211; med ca. 15 pct. i forhold til de g\u00e6ldende normtal.
